Position Specific Summary
The Student Administrative Assistant will assist with various administrative functions of IMP and will support projects and programs throughout the academic year. Tasks can include the following:
  • Work with IMP staff to create surveys and/or evaluations for participants, programs, and partners
  • Support with program planning, management, and implementation
  • Assist with data management in IMP databases
  • Assist with processing of applications, tracking documents, etc.
  • Schedule interviews and meetings with participants and applicants
  • Prepare pre-arrival and orientation materials as needed
  • Conduct research on potential affiliations/projects and prepare briefings, memos, presentation materials, reports, etc.
  • Draft new content for social media accounts & update marketing materials
  • Other duties as assigned
