Inside Sales Representative (ISR)

Location: Sunnyside, WA

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM

Salary: $40,000–$60,000 annually, based on experience, with potential performance-based commissions

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and organized Inside Sales Representative (ISR) to join our team. This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, supporting outside sales activities, managing orders, and assisting with veterinary compliance and customer programs. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced agricultural environment.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Sales Support

  • Provide professional customer support by phone and in person.
  • Receive and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Answer billing inquiries and assist with account-related questions.
  • Conduct customer outreach and follow-up communications.
  • Support Outside Sales Representatives (OSRs) with planning, scheduling, and administrative tasks.

Order Management & Logistics

  • Receive customer orders and enter them into company systems.
  • Place orders with distributors and vendors.
  • Utilize Purchase Order (PO) and Sales Order (SO) systems.
  • Create, label, package, and ship products.
  • Pick up products from suppliers and occasionally deliver products to customers as needed.

Veterinary & Compliance Support

  • Assist with maintaining compliance related to Veterinary-Client-Patient Relationships (VCPR).
  • Support prescription (script) processing and related documentation.
  • Provide HerdTrax support and assist with other veterinary administrative tasks.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance requirements are met.

Industry Engagement

  • Attend industry meetings, trade events, and networking opportunities.
  • Represent the company professionally and help strengthen customer relationships.

Qualifications

Required

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Successful completion of a background check.

Preferred

  • Agricultural industry experience or product knowledge.
  • Sales, customer service, or order management experience.
