WHAT THIS ROLE LOOKS LIKE:

Our Field & In-Home Sales Reps are on the frontlines of our business, proactively engaging with prospective customers to secure more projects and drive company revenue! You'll need to be outgoing, communicative, and customer-focused as you follow inbound lead channels to identify prospective cabinet projects. As a product expert, you'll speak with prospects about their cabinetry needs, budgets, and desired timelines and recommend the appropriate solutions. You'll perform accurate in-home measurements, prepare cost estimates, and present proposals while explaining the benefits of choosing us.

You'll stay in regular contact with customers to encourage conversion and maintain engagement. Once the project is approved, you'll ensure a smooth hand-off by reviewing measurements, updating quotes as needed, and coordinating with field crews, designers, and in-store teams. As the primary customer contact, you'll ensure regular communication throughout the project, provide job updates, answer questions, and resolve any concerns. You'll track your progress and customer interactions in our CRM, monitor your success, and adjust strategies as needed to improve conversion rates. Your efforts will drive company growth and client satisfaction!
