Job description

Sales Representative
As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for taking accurate measurements, identifying opportunities for improvement and developing strong relationships with customers. Your technical and mechanical mindset, combined with your ease with machines and people, will enable you to understand their customers' specific needs. You will work closely with your team to find solutions to the problems you identify.
What will your day look like?
Imagine yourself traveling across western Canada, meeting clients facing complex challenges. You analyze their needs, propose concrete solutions, and become their trusted partner. Every day is different: field visits, discovering new opportunities, collaborating with your internal team, and above all, the satisfaction of solving real problems for people who count on you.
What you'll do:
  • Make regular visits to their industrial customers to assess their fluid, gas or temperature insulation need and take accurate measurements;
  • Identify opportunities for improvement, focusing on the efficiency, safety and performance of industrial processes;
  • Establish and maintain trusted relationships with their customers, becoming their main technical point of contact;
  • Provide ongoing technical support to customers, answering questions, solving technical problems and delivering superior service.
  • Provide product training and maintenance to small groups.

Qualifications:
  • Technical/mechanical background with a thorough understanding of industrial processes and/or industrial equipment
  • Ability to understand how machines work;
  • Ability to analyze needs and make recommendations;
  • Flexibility and availability to travel over several days in order to provide a complete service to customers.
  • Holding a valid driver's license in the province of Alberta at the time of application is mandatory.
