Do you hold a valid LLQP license (active within the last 2 years)? If you're ready to take your life insurance sales career to the next level, we want to hear from you.

As one of Canada's top-performing Desjardins Insurance agencies, we're looking for a motivated sales professional with proven experience in life, accident, and sickness insurance. i.e. minimum 1 year of life insurance sales experience. This is your chance to market a full suite of insurance and financial products-not just one product line.

What You'll Do:

  • Sales & Service: Offer auto, home, commercial, life, and accident and sickness products to new and in-book clients.
  • Drive Sales: Respond to inbound inquiries, follow up on leads, conduct insurance reviews, and uncover cross-sell opportunities.
  • Build Relationships: Connect with referral partners like car dealers, realtors, and property managers-no cold calling, just real conversations.
  • Be a Trusted Advisor: Maintain a clean credit and criminal record.
    This is not MLM. We don't ask you to sell to friends and family. We're a traditional insurance agency focused on real product sales and client service. This is an in-office position.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive Compensation: Base salary + commissions + bonuses. First-year target: $55,000-$70,000.
