Position Overview:
As an Entry-Level Automotive Technician, you will assist with routine vehicle maintenance and basic repair tasks under the guidance of experienced technicians. This role offers an opportunity to build foundational skills and contribute to the efficient operation of the shop while delivering quality service to customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine vehicle maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks.
  • Assist experienced technicians with basic repairs and inspections.
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
  • Learn to use automotive tools, equipment, and shop software.
  • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure timely job completion.
  • Document work performed and parts used accurately.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to grow technical skills.
  • Support shop operations by performing general tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
