We are hiring an entry-level team member to join our Allstate agency with a clear path into a licensed, income-producing role.
You’ll start as an Insurance Office Coordinator (part-time) and transition into a full-time Licensed Service Agent within 21 days.
In our agency, client service is sales — every interaction is an opportunity to help clients while identifying needs, generating referrals, and contributing to growth.
What You’ll Do (Starting Role)

  • Be the first point of contact for clients (phone, in-person, and online)
  • Handle administrative tasks: paperwork, policy updates, inspections, and follow-ups
  • Ensure accurate data entry and documentation
  • Assist with billing, payments, and service requests
