We are an independent agency specializing in life, health, and wealth solutions, and our mission is simple: help as many families as possible across the United States with products that protect their financial future.

We are expanding and seeking Independent Life Insurance Sales Agents to join our remote team. This is a sales‐driven, commission‐only, 1099 contractor role designed for individuals who want autonomy, unlimited earning potential, and a meaningful career helping families.

What You’ll Do

  • Engage with warm leads generated through our proven lead system — no cold calling un‐interested prospects
  • Contact prospective clients, identify their needs, and recommend suitable life and health insurance solutions
  • Guide clients through the application process and maintain clear communication throughout
  • Build long‐term relationships that generate referrals and repeat business
  • Conduct periodic client reviews to ensure satisfaction and identify cross‐sell/upsell opportunities

Compensation

This is a 1099 independent contractor position.

  • Commission‐only (no base salary)
  • No caps, quotas, or territory restrictions
  • Average commission per sale: ~$500
  • Additional bonuses and incentives available

What You Bring

A life insurance license is required.
