We’re looking for an energetic and organized Office Representative to support our sales team and help build strong client relationships. This is an exciting entry-level marketing specialist role with excellent opportunities for growth and development.
What You’ll Do:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through timely follow-ups and support.
  • Generate leads, schedule appointments, and match customers with insurance products that meet their needs.
  • Provide outstanding customer service by answering questions about policies, claims, billing, and coverage options.
  • Support marketing campaigns through calls, emails, direct mail, and presentations.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Assist customers with insurance education and needs-based reviews.
