Job description

Job Summary:

Responsible for the preparation of analyses and reports for department managers. Supports the annual budget process, expense and/or staffing forecasts or statistical reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepares analyses and reports for department managers. Works with assigned organizational unit(s) to develop annual budgets, expense and staffing forecasts, and statistical reporting. Supports month end close. Prepares and consolidates financial data. Prepares statistical reporting, including financial performance, variance explanations, and cost analysis. Executes special projects as assigned.

Provide departmental budget support in North America for actuals, reporting and forecasting over our three distribution sites and one remanufacturing site.

Financial month-end close assistance; journal entries, report generation, and deliverable preparation over assigned areas of responsibility.

Perform, improve, develop and robustly document assigned key internal controls.

Assist the team as needed with costing performance and projects as required as North America sites.

Assist the broad Finance team in Forecast and Annual Operating Plan (AOP) development.

Develop and maintain databases and files using Microsoft Access and Excel that reduce the time to complete day-to-day tasks and increase data accuracy.

Ability to learn on the job in a dynamic environment while balancing multiple priorities.

Ability to work independently and within teams across multiple stakeholder functional areas and experience levels.

Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills

International Student Eligibility (U.S. based roles): F-1 visa students must have approved Curricular Practical Training (CPT) or Occupational Practical Training (OPT) before their Early Career assignment begin. CPT/OPT must relate to their degree and be authorized by their university. Students are responsible for securing this approval through their school's international office.
