Start Date: 8/25/2025

Support BearWear operations through processing customer orders, managing invoices, and maintaining inventory records. Ideal for students interested in accounting, customer service, and learning basic financial processes.

Responsibilities and Career Competencies:

  1. Processing of customer order forms - CSD, CT, TW
  2. Recording Accounts Payable invoices for ordered materials - CSD, CT, T
  3. Initiating customer invoices after delivery - C, P, CSD, CT, T
  4. Review profit/loss of orders - CSD, CT, T
  5. Develop and maintain inventory of current materials - C, TW, P, CT, T
  6. Learn the importance of documenting financial records - C, TW, P, CSD, CT, T
