Job description

Villalobos & Moore, LLP focuses on immigration and nationality law, including family and business visas, and removal defense including asylum. The El Paso office is in search of a paralegal to assist with the family based cases.
This is an entry-level, full-time, permanent position, which requires no prior training. The selected candidate will demonstrate strong professional communication skills, and attention to detail.

Duties include preparing drafts of immigration benefits applications, standardized forms, and evidence packets based on existing templates, and working with senior paralegals to prepare final drafts for attorney review. The selected candidate will also communicate with clients and their family members.
The selected candidate will be paid a starting wage of $15.00 per hour, plus 10 paid holidays, 10 paid vacation days, holiday bonuses, paid lunch breaks, and an employer-matched 401(k).
Oral and written fluency in Spanish and English is required. All fully bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. An in person interview with a native English speaker, and an in person interview with a native Spanish speaker is required.
