Position Overview


G&G Outfitters is seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and organized Account Coordinator to support our Account Executives and help drive business growth. This entry-level role provides hands-on experience in the promotional merchandise industry, working with high-profile clients, including Fortune 500 companies.


The Account Coordinator will help manage the full lifecycle of client orders—from product ideation and sourcing through vendor coordination, production, and final delivery—ensuring each project is completed accurately, efficiently, and on time.


This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, enjoys working with both clients and vendors, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service. The Account Coordinator will play an important role in supporting the sales team and ensuring G&G’s commitment to a Perfect Client Experience (PCE) is delivered on every project.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with vendors to source promotional merchandise that meets client needs, timelines, budgets, and brand standards.
  • Manage project timelines and monitor open orders to ensure projects are completed accurately and delivered on time.
  • Coordinate order entry, purchasing, production, and fulfillment activities to maintain a smooth and organized workflow.
  • Serve as a liaison between clients, vendors, Account Executives, and internal departments to ensure clear, timely communication.
  • Proactively identify and resolve issues, provide timely project updates, and help deliver an exceptional customer experience.
  • Assist with product research and generate creative merchandise ideas and solutions to support client campaigns and programs.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and vendors while supporting long-term partnerships.
  • Maintain accurate and organized project documentation, order details, pricing, and other account information.
  • Support Account Executives with day-to-day account management, client requests, presentations, quotes, and other project needs.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to G&G Outfitters’ Perfect Client Experience (PCE) by ensuring every project is handled with accuracy, responsiveness, and attention to detail.


Required Skills & Attributes

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
  • 1+ year of experience in sales support, order management, or account coordination (internships or entry-level experience acceptable).
  • This is an onsite position at G&G Outfitters in Lanham, MD.


Compensation

  • Salary Range: $50,000 – $55,000/year (based on experience)
