This role involves working with various heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, ensuring they operate efficiently and effectively. The HVAC Technician will be responsible for diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and maintaining equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Duties:
  • Maintain and repair HVAC/R systems
  • Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functionality.
  • Utilize tools such as Ohmmeters and schematics to diagnose and troubleshoot system malfunctions.
  • Perform necessary repairs or replacements of components as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of service performed on each unit.
  • Collaborate with property maintenance teams to address HVAC-related issues in various properties.
  • Drive company vehicles to job sites as needed while adhering to safety protocols.
  • Occasionally assist with welding tasks related to system installations or repairs.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a service technician in the HVAC/R field is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of heating, ventilation, air conditioning systems, and refrigeration principles.
