Location: O'Fallon, MO, 63366

Stay Cool Climate Control is hiring an Entry-Level HVAC Installation Technician to join our installation team. If you're dependable, enjoy working with your hands, and want to build a career in the skilled trades, we'll provide the training you need to succeed.

No extensive experience is requiredโ€”we're looking for dependable individuals with a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn. We'll provide the training you need to succeed.
Responsibilities
  • Assist with residential and light commercial HVAC installations
  • Load, transport, and organize tools and materials
  • Help install equipment, ductwork, and system components
  • Maintain clean and safe job sites
  • Learn proper installation techniques and safety procedures
  • Work with experienced installers to complete projects efficiently
Qualifications
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
