Summers Plumbing Heating & Cooling is seeking a full-time HVAC Tech - Service Advisor to join our team in Muncie, IN.


Schedule: This position is full-time, Monday through Friday, with scheduled in-home consultations. Participation in an on-call rotation for emergency service is also required.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

As an HVAC Tech - Service Advisor, you will begin each day by preparing for scheduled in-home consultations using company-provided tools such as an iPad and FieldPulse. You will visit homeowners to assess their comfort needs, present HVAC replacement options, and conduct system evaluations during maintenance and service appointments. You will educate clients about system features and energy efficiency, and offer financing options to help them make informed decisions. Representing Summers Plumbing Heating & Cooling with integrity and a customer-first approach, you will guide homeowners toward effective solutions and respond to emergency service calls as necessary.


HVAC TECH - SERVICE ADVISOR REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2+ years of HVAC experience
  • Comfort Advisor or HVAC sales experience (preferred)
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to build trust and guide customers through important decisions
  • Valid Indiana driver's license and acceptable driving record
  • Professional, motivated, and solution-oriented attitude
