Summers Plumbing Heating & Cooling is seeking a professional full-time HVAC Tech to join our team in Muncie, IN.


WHAT YOU'LL DO EACH DAY:

As an HVAC Tech, you will provide service, repair, and maintenance for residential heating and cooling systems. You will diagnose system issues, explain repair or replacement options to homeowners, and perform installations and replacements according to manufacturer specifications and local codes. You will complete maintenance calls with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction, accurately document your work using company-provided tools, and uphold the standards through professionalism and reliability. You will also participate in the on-call rotation to respond to urgent service needs.


To Qualify, You'll Need:

  • 2+ years of residential HVAC service or installation experience
  • EPA certification
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Customer-focused communication style
  • Valid Indiana driver's license with an acceptable driving record
  • Physically capable of job-related tasks
  • Dependable, positive, and team-oriented attitude
