Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team! In this role, you will install, service, or repair heating and air conditioning systems in residences or commercial establishments.
You have past experience in an HVAC service technician role and hold an EPA certification. A team player who is comfortable working independently, you love the feeling of a job well done and take pride in completing customer jobs with efficiency. A positive attitude is a must!ย 
Responsibilities:ย 
  • Install, maintain, and repair residential and commercial HVAC systems
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues; perform routine maintenance
  • Replace defective components using proper tools and safety protocols
  • Run service calls efficiently using ServiceTitan (or be willing to learn)ย 
  • Provide on-site customer education, collect payments, and set expectations
  • Conduct system inspections and recommend improvements
  • Deliver excellent customer service and communicate effectively
  • Collaborate with dispatch, parts runners, and senior techs for support
  • Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, safe work environment
Qualifications:ย 
  • Past experience as an HVAC service technician or comparable education
  • Valid Drivers License and clean driving record.
  • Must be able to service Commercial Unitsย 
  • EPA Certification preferred
  • Proven experience as an HVAC Service Technician, preferably in a residential and/or commercial setting.
  • ย Strong knowledge of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, including installation, repair, and maintenance.
  • ย Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve HVAC issues efficiently.
  • Proficient in using HVAC diagnostic tools and equipment.
  • Strong customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with clients.
  • ย Ability to work independently and in a team environment, depending on the scope of the project.
  • ย Physical ability to lift and carry heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions.
