About the Role
We're looking for a Commercial HVAC Maintenance Technician to join our team, servicing the DMV (DC, Maryland, Virginia) area. In this full-time, on-site role, you'll perform preventive maintenance, diagnose and repair HVAC systems, and install systems across a range of commercial properties.
What You'll Do
- Perform preventive maintenance to keep systems running efficiently
- Diagnose and repair commercial HVAC systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues
- Maintain heating and cooling equipment
- Install HVAC systems
Qualifications
- Strong troubleshooting and preventive maintenance skills
