What are the main responsibilities of an entry level HVAC receptionist?

An entry level HVAC receptionist is responsible for greeting customers, answering phone calls, and scheduling service appointments for heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) technicians. They handle basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and processing work orders. Excellent communication, professionalism, and multitasking abilities help you stand out in this role. These skills ensure efficient office operations, positive client interactions, and smooth scheduling for HVAC technicians.
