Bratcher Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking an entry-level Apprentice HVAC Installer to join us full-time and help our team complete residential installations throughout Champaign, IL. If you have the mindset for mechanical work and want to learn valuable skills from a talented team, keep reading to learn more!


WHAT THIS ENTRY-LEVEL ROLE LOOKS LIKE

We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, is ready to learn, and is motivated to do a quality job for every customer. You'll work under more experienced installers to help with various tasks during heating and air conditioning system installations. You'll follow directions from your lead, gather the needed tools/materials, and make sure to follow all safety codes and manufacturer specs. As you become more comfortable with the installation process, you'll work towards becoming a more independent installer. You'll also learn how to respectfully engage with homeowners, properly answer their questions, and deliver the excellent customer service we're known for.

YOUR HOURS:

Our Apprentice HVAC Installers typically work from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm.

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00/hour
