Summers Plumbing Heating and Cooling, a trusted name in Marion, IN since 1969, is seeking a full-time Entry-Level HVAC Service Technician to join our award-winning team. As a key member of our service team, you will assist senior technicians in maintaining and repairing HVAC systems, while learning essential skills that will set the foundation for your future success.

Responsibilities
  • Assist senior HVAC technicians with service, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment.
  • Perform duct cleaning and related tasks to ensure optimal system performance and indoor air quality for clients.
  • Observe and learn proper techniques for servicing HVAC equipment under the guidance of experienced team members.
  • Interact with clients in a friendly and professional manner, representing the company’s values and commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Follow instructions carefully and maintain a safe, organized work environment.
  • Demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow within the HVAC trade.
Qualifications
