THE BASICS:

As an Experienced HVAC Technician, you will service, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems, diagnose system issues, and clearly explain repair or replacement options to homeowners. You'll handle installations and replacements according to manufacturer specifications and local codes, complete maintenance calls with a focus on customer satisfaction, document work with company-provided tools, and represent Summers with professionalism and reliability. You'll also participate in the on-call rotation to support customers during urgent situations.


Requirements For An Experienced HVAC Technician:

  • 2+ years of residential HVAC service or installation experience
  • EPA certification
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Customer-focused communication style
  • Valid Indiana driver's license with an acceptable driving record
