Bilingual Entry Level Recruiter/Sourcer

Providence, RI

Up to $26.00 per hour, depending on experience Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm EST

Responsibilities of the Bilingual Entry Level Recruiter/Sourcer

  • Source and screen candidates for open client positions using job boards, social media, referrals, and our applicant database
  • Conduct phone screens and schedule qualified candidates for interviews
  • Assist with filling client orders/positions for needed talent as directed by the branch team
  • Enter and update candidate and order notes in Avionte as soon as you arrive on premises and regularly throughout the day
  • Check voicemail as soon as you arrive on premises and regularly throughout the day
  • Create a daily task list with first-hour objectives and goals for the shift
  • Help maintain the open order report; keep submittals moving to interview in a timely fashion
  • Communicate clearly and promptly with your branch office and with temporary staff
  • Confirm client new hires report for day 1 of their assignment and help complete new-hire paperwork/onboarding
  • Follow up daily with temporary employees on assignment to check in and address concerns
  • Support day-1 and ongoing communication with client-site supervisors under the guidance of the branch team
  • Help maintain accurate, up-to-date filing and records, following GreenKiss's record-retention procedures
  • Follow GreenKiss's 4 Core on-site practices for employee injury reporting: Observe > Report > Prevent > Resolve
  • Escalate HR or compliance issues to your branch manager/corporate office as needed
  • Follow all GKSS and client-specific policies and procedures
  • Perform other related duties as assigned (e.g., administer drug tests, distribute PPE)

Qualifications of the Bilingual Entry Level Recruiter/Sourcer

  • Bilingual English/Spanish (required)
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree a plus
  • No prior recruiting experience necessary — 0–2 years in customer service, retail, hospitality, call center, or similar people-facing work is a plus
  • Prior staffing agency exposure is a plus, but not required — we'll train the right candidate
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Good problem-solving and decision-making instincts
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
