HR Assistant (Entry Level)

Location: Lawrenceville, GA

Pay: Based on Experience

Schedule: Monday Friday | Day Shift

TRC is hiring an Entry-Level HR Assistant for a client in Lawrenceville! This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start a career in Human Resources. We're looking for someone who is organized, dependable, and eager to learn.

Responsibilities:
Assist with onboarding and new hire paperwork
Maintain and organize employee personnel files
Prepare presentations, reports, and other HR documents
Enter and update employee information in company databases
Schedule interviews, meetings, and appointments
Answer phones and respond to employee inquiries
Support HR with recruiting, training, and general administrative tasks
Assist with filing, scanning, and document management
Maintain confidentiality when handling employee information

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required

Previous office experience is a plus, but not required

Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)

Strong attention to detail

Good communication and customer service skills

Reliable and professional attitude
