Job description

The HR Generalist supports daily HR operations, employee relations, engagement, compliance follow-up, and team member support for hourly and salaried employees.

  • This position partners with HR leadership, operations, ERMs, HR Assistants, Retention, and other HR team members to ensure consistent completion of HR tasks, audits, roundtables, onboarding support, and employee follow-up.
  • The HR Generalist also serves as a backup resource for HR-related functions as needed and helps maintain a positive, compliant, and responsive HR presence across the plant.

Schedule - 2nd shift, 3:pm to 12:30 am- Mon - Fri occasional Saturdays.
