Job description

Role Overview:
This role focuses on providing study facilitation support, primarily involving the streamlining and improvement of data collection processes for user studies. The individual will assist with basic data processing and visualizations, manage survey distribution, and collect feedback to support various user study data collection efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively work with data consumers to streamline and improve data collection processes.
  • Assist with basic data processing and visualizations.
  • Distribute surveys, review, and collect survey responses and other feedback.
  • Support additional user study data collection efforts.
  • Demonstrate flexibility to run study sessions between 7:30 AM and 6:30 PM, with a normal schedule of 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, as needed by the program.
  • Be prepared for Cupertino service, which may require staying outdoors for extended periods of time (4-6 hours) on some days.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science or Human-Computer Interaction (or related major).
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience required.
