Pay: $20-25, depending on experience
Job Responsibilities: What you will do
Update user accounts, resolves bugs, and update database to maintain human resources information systems (HRIS). Partners with IT support and HR to support HRIS initiatives across the business.
  • Process, verify, and maintain personnel related documentation.
  • Enter all applicable employee data.
  • Compile and prepare reports and documents pertaining to personnel activities.
  • Provide users with support for HRIS problems.
  • Manage backup, security and user help systems.
  • Assist with the research and resolution related to HRIS problems.
  • Conduct HRIS system audits for data accuracy; research discrepancies and perform corrections.
  • As directed, perform required updates and maintenance of legacy HR system to meet and support changing business needs.
  • Monitor the processing queues to ensure transactions are being processed within the timeline established for each transaction type.
  • Assist with the development of a Request for Change and Functional Requirements.
  • As directed, provide compensation support through the generation of ad-hoc and standard reports.
  • Gather information for reports and statistical/analytical research.
  • Refine and update technical/business skills and experience through work assignments, advanced technical/business training and attending professional/business industry conferences.
  • Proactively work to assist others in achieving the organization's objectives.

Qualifications: What you need to bring
  • 2+ years related experience in HR and/or IT required.
  • Basic knowledge of HRIS systems/tables and systems analytics required.
  • Previous project management experience preferred.
  • Must possess good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be detail-oriented with string organizational skills.
  • Must be able to use Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, Word and Power Point.
  • Must possess excellent mathematical, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Must be able to understand system data and to identify discrepancies.
  • Bachelors in related field or equivalent combination of education and/or experience required.

Pay Range: $20-25 an hour
