What You'll Do- Assist clients with booking hotels, resorts, cruises, vacation packages, and other travel services
- Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and online communication platforms
- Coordinate reservations, confirmations, cancellations, and itinerary updates
- Research destinations, accommodations, and travel options to meet client needs
- Maintain accurate reservation records and client information
- Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after travel
