Duration: 0 - 5 + Months of contract with the possibility of extension or conversion
Shift Time: 10: 00 AM to 7: 00 PM / Monday to Friday
Responsibilities:
  • Dress Code: Business Casual. Dark Sneakers are ok. Black Button-up collared shirt
  • Driving: No
  • Interview Type: Virtual/In-Person
  • Job Description: The Hospitality Associate position is responsible for providing hospitality and catering services at a client site including conference room set-up, and other general office support as needed.
  • They will be responsible for covering the reception desk while main receptionist takes their lunch break.
  • This is an entry-level role and will not require any supervisor/coordinator duties.
  • Reception experience is a plus but not required.
  • No Free parking

Duties Include:
  • Set-up meeting/conference rooms as specified
  • Stock pantries, conference rooms, and kitchens with supplies
  • Perform walk through of floor(s) to inspect and ensure that all conference rooms, pantries, and kitchens are clean, and stocked with supplies
  • Clean pantry, conference rooms, and kitchen as needed
  • Provide support for miscellaneous requests
  • Utilize various software and event planning programs to meet tasks
  • Candidates do not need prior reception/production experience. Good customer service, phone, and email etiquette skills are needed.
