Responsibilities include:
  • Assist with recruitment marketing campaigns, promotional initiatives, and employer branding activities

  • Support business development efforts by helping identify prospective clients and staffing opportunities

  • Build positive relationships with job seekers, clients, and business partners through professional communication

  • Help generate leads and increase awareness of HireFrontier's staffing, recruitment, and workforce solutions

  • Represent the company at networking events, career fairs, hiring events, community outreach programs, and promotional activities

  • Assist with creating, organizing, and distributing digital and printed marketing materials

  • Coordinate recruiting events, hiring campaigns, interviews, and candidate engagement activities

  • Work closely with recruiters and sales professionals to improve recruiting and marketing strategies

  • Conduct basic market research on hiring trends, labor market conditions, industry developments, and competitor activity

  • Monitor campaign performance, maintain recruiting metrics, and assist with reporting key performance indicators (KPIs)

  • Provide administrative support including data entry, CRM updates, interview scheduling, candidate follow-ups, and appointment coordination

  • Help maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment documentation within applicant tracking systems (ATS)

  • Deliver exceptional customer service while building long-term relationships with candidates and clients

  • Support onboarding activities by assisting with new hire communication and employment documentation

Entry Level Sales & Marketing Assistant Qualifications
