Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Entry Level Events Assistant to join our dynamic events team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about event planning and eager to kickstart their career in the events industry. As an Entry Level Events Assistant, you will gain hands-on experience in the organization and execution of various events, from corporate meetings to large-scale conferences and social gatherings.

Location: San Antonio, TX
Salary: $55,000 to $65,000 per year
Schedule: Full Time, Monday to Friday


Responsibilities
  • Assist in the planning and execution of various events.
  • Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, catering, and transportation.
  • Support the team in managing vendor relationships and contracts.
  • Help create and maintain event budgets and schedules.
  • Participate in on-site event setup and breakdown activities.
  • Assist with registration processes and attendee communication.
  • Provide general administrative support to the events team.


Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality, event management, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and event planning software.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
