Service Professor | Grand Rapids, MI 
Base Salary $50,000 - $65,000 + Uncapped Commission | Six-Figure Income Potential

What You'll Do: 

As a Sales Associate, you'll meet with homeowners who are looking to help customers find the right solutions to ensure their safety and home comfort.  You'll act as a trusted advisor, helping customers understand the options that best fit their home and budget. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Meet with homeowners to evaluate heating, cooling, and other home system needs 
  • Conduct in-home consultations and system assessments 
  • Present customized home solutions and financing options 
  • Educate customers on products, energy savings, and system benefits 
  • Build trust and long-term customer relationships 
  • Follow up on leads and opportunities 
  • Achieve individual sales goals while contributing to team success 
  • Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation 


What We're Looking For: 

You do not need HVAC or construction trade experience to be successful in this role. 

We're looking for people who are:

  • Event Management or Venue Sales 

Requirements: 

  • Valid driver's license 
  • Ability to travel locally throughout the Grand Rapids market 
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills 
  • Ability to work evenings and occasional weekends based on customer availability 

Compensation & Benefits: 

Compensation 

  • Base salary: $50,000 - $65,000 
  • Uncapped commission structure 
  • Performance incentives and bonuses 
  • First-year earning potential: $75,000 - $150,000+ 
  • Top performers can earn significantly more
