What You'll Do:
As a Sales Associate, you'll meet with homeowners who are looking to help customers find the right solutions to ensure their safety and home comfort. You'll act as a trusted advisor, helping customers understand the options that best fit their home and budget.
Responsibilities:
- Meet with homeowners to evaluate heating, cooling, and other home system needs
- Conduct in-home consultations and system assessments
- Present customized home solutions and financing options
- Educate customers on products, energy savings, and system benefits
- Build trust and long-term customer relationships
- Follow up on leads and opportunities
- Achieve individual sales goals while contributing to team success
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation

You do not need HVAC or construction trade experience to be successful in this role.

Requirements:
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to travel locally throughout the Grand Rapids market
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
- Ability to work evenings and occasional weekends based on customer availability
Compensation & Benefits:
Compensation
- Base salary: $50,000 - $65,000
- Uncapped commission structure
- Performance incentives and bonuses
- First-year earning potential: $75,000 - $150,000+
