Choose Your ScheduleSchedule Option 1 (32 hours/week):
- Sunday: 2:00 PM – 12:45 AM
- Monday: 4:30 PM – 12:45 AM
- Tuesday: 4:30 PM – 12:45 AM
- Friday: 4:00 PM – 8:15 PM
- Wednesday/Thursday/Saturday: Off
Schedule Option 2 (Fuller week with Saturday shift):
- Sunday: 2:00 PM – 12:45 AM
- Monday: 4:30 PM – 12:45 AM
- Tuesday: 4:30 PM – 12:45 AM
- Friday: 4:00 PM – 8:15 PM
- Saturday: 5:00 PM – 12:45 AM
- Wednesday/Thursday: Off
What You’ll Be Doing- Welcome patients, visitors, and vendors with a professional and friendly approach
- Assist with check-in and basic appointment verification
- Provide directions and help patients navigate the facility
- Support a high-traffic front desk while maintaining excellent service
- Enter and update information in electronic systems
- Partner with internal teams to keep patient flow running smoothly
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe front desk environment
- Handle general administrative and clerical tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For- Strong customer service mindset – you enjoy helping people
- Ability to stay organized and calm in a fast-paced setting
- Basic computer/data entry skills
- High school diploma required

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
