Provide services and support as a Staffing Augmentation and Recruiting Services  (Entry Level Executive Assistant) in the Government And Public Services Industry Sector focusing on Human Capital Solutions for clients such as City of Charlotte (COC) | Charlotte Cooperative Purchasing Alliance (CCPA) Generally Located In CONUS - Charlotte, NC and across the Mid Atlantic Region (Of Country/World).

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES - Entry Level Executive Assistant | Executive Assistant [COC0012011]

• Manage schedules, meeting coordination, and document preparation.
• Handle correspondence, filing, and records management.
• Support procurement and basic office supply ordering.

Desired Qualifications For Entry Level Executive Assistant | Executive Assistant [COC0012011] (COC0012011) Candidates:

• 2-3 years of administrative experience.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite.
