We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Front of House Manager to join our team! In this pivotal role, you will work closely with the in store leadership team to oversee all aspects of our restaurant operations, including the front of house, bar, and kitchen. You will be a hands-on leader, inspiring your team to provide unparalleled hospitality while driving business success.

What You'll Do:

  • Collaborative Leadership: Partner with the in store leadership team to direct daily business operations, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and profitability across all departments.
  • Team Development: Recruits, coaches, mentors, and supervises Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) staff. Conduct performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and develop individual growth plans.
  • Exceptional Guest Focus: Embody a \Hospitality First\ mindset. Be present on the floor, warmly greet guests, build lasting relationships, and ensure every guest leaves delighted. Professionally and effectively handle any guest concerns.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee daily shifts, ensuring adherence to all company policies, procedures, and health/safety standards. Maintain a clean, organized, and well-functioning restaurant.
  • Performance Driven: Help set and achieve operational goals, including sales targets, cost controls (labor, food, beverage), and guest satisfaction scores.
  • Strategic Planning: Assist the in store leadership team with project planning, budgeting, menu development (where applicable), and marketing initiatives.
  • Clear Communication: Effectively communicate business objectives, operational changes, and expectations to all team members. Foster an open and collaborative work environment.
  • Problem Solving: Actively address any operational issues or challenges in a timely and effective manner.
  • Financial Acumen: Demonstrate basic math skills and understanding of P&L statements, inventory control, and cash handling procedures.
