Job description

JOB.TITLE, OU.LOCATION, CUSTOM.STATE

Interfor is seeking recent High School Graduates who are motivated, team-oriented, and safety-conscious to join our team as a Sawmill Production Associate in Preston, GA.ย This is a hands-on experience for individuals interested in lumber manufacturing to gain real-world experience in a sawmill environment while working as part of an operations team.ย 

The starting rate for this position is 16.00 per hour.

What You'll Do

  • Complete clean-up and ground maintenance of assigned area.
  • Assist with keeping a steady flow of lumber throughout the mill.
  • Observe and learn basic sawmill processes and safety practices.
