Job description

Title: High School Math Teacher

Location: Lutheran High School of Indianapolis

Salary: TBD includes benefits

Position: Full time math teacher position to teach in a private Christian high school. Must have Indiana Professional Educator’s License appropriate to area. Extra curricular involvement is encouraged but not required..

Lutheran High School: Located on the Southeast corner of Indianapolis offering a technology rich 1:1 environment for the purpose of preparing young adults for a Christian life while providing academic excellence. Students and families are motivated with over 90% percentage of graduates progressing to higher education.

Position Duties: Teachers begin onboarding July 15, 2024, faculty professional development July 30-August 2, and first day of school August 6. Teachers are supported with resources to maintain a curricular map that is aligned with the Indiana state curriculum standards. Teachers are supported to maintain room equipment, inventory, instructional planning, student records, budget expenses, and a Christian relational attitude.


Qualification: Indiana Professional Educator’s License appropriate to position.
