Job description

FW Logistics is a family-owned, high-growth 3PL provider specializing in warehousing and trucking services. We are looking for an Entry-Level Recruiter to support hiring efforts on the logistics side of the business.
This role is hands-on and execution-focused. You'll be responsible for keeping job postings active, reaching out to candidates, coordinating interviews, and helping move people from application to hire as quickly as possible.
What You'll Be Doing
  • Post and maintain job ads on Indeed and other platforms
  • Proactively reach out to candidates through Indeed and other sourcing tools
  • Review resumes and screen candidates for logistics-related roles (warehouse, trucking, operations, etc.)
  • Schedule interviews with General Managers and hiring leaders
  • Follow up with candidates after interviews and keep communication moving
  • Assist with onboarding new hires to ensure a smooth start
  • Create and send offer letters to selected candidates
  • Track applicant activity and hiring progress in Paylocity (ATS)
  • Keep candidate pipelines organized and moving

Requirements
  • Strong communication skills (you'll be talking to candidates all day)
  • Organized and able to manage multiple openings at once
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment
  • Willing to be proactive - not just wait for applicants, but go find them
  • Basic computer skills (Indeed, email, ATS systems like Paylocity)
  • Ability to follow through and close the loop with candidates
