Position Overview

Vuori is seeking a friendly, professional, and highly organized Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for employees, guests, vendors, and contractors. This role is essential to creating a welcoming, secure, and efficient workplace environment. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of balancing multiple priorities while supporting daily office operations, facilities, and workplace experience initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create a warm, professional, and welcoming experience for all visitors, employees, vendors, and contractors.
  • Manage front desk operations, including visitor check-in, registration, and directing guests to the appropriate locations.
  • Maintain the overall appearance, cleanliness, and functionality of the headquarters and shared workspaces.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments and teams as needed.
  • Coordinate with facility service vendors, including cleaning, security, and first-aid providers.
  • Monitor and maintain office supply and snack inventory, ensuring stock levels are consistently replenished.
  • Support workplace safety and security initiatives by following established protocols and responding appropriately during emergencies.
  • Assist with company events by supporting planning, setup, execution, and breakdown activities.
  • Partner closely with Facilities and Security teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Take ownership of special projects and additional responsibilities as assigned.
