Job description

Loyalty Marketing company seeking a candidate for our Help Desk Support Technician (Entry Level) position based in Farmington, CT.

Currently we have an opening for this position to support kiosks deployed at our customer sites from our location in Farmington, CT. You will need to provide excellent customer service as you assist in troubleshooting operational issues from either inbound or outbound calls.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Troubleshoot/Diagnose equipment following company defined procedures
  • Document all calls and close out activity upon completion of issues
  • Professionally communicate to customers and team members
  • Create operational reports as assigned
  • Work with third party service providers to schedule onsite service
  • Schedule parts shipments and returns

Skills:

  • Customer relations, team relations, and service oriented
  • Mechanical aptitude
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Must be a self starter and work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to multitask
  • Solarwinds Web Help Desk experience a plus
  • Linux experience a plus
  • EXPERIENCE WITH WINDOWS DESKTOP IS NOT A REQUIREMENT OF THIS POSITION

Requirements:

1-2 years prior experience in Help Desk support or call center highly desirable

Hours: Thursday-Monday

Monday, Thursday and Friday hours: 11am-8pm

Saturday and Sunday hours: 9am-6pm
