As an IT Technician, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day technology operations across the property. You’ll be the go-to resource for associates needing technical support, responding to calls, emails, and service requests to resolve issues efficiently and effectively. Your hands-on expertise and problem-solving mindset will help maintain reliable systems, support connectivity, and enhance the overall experience for both team members and guests. Key Responsibilities:
Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Provide timely support for hardware, software, and network-related issues, including desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
System Installation & Maintenance: Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and applications, ensuring all technology remains up-to-date and fully functional.
Network Support & Connectivity: Assist in maintaining network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and access points, to ensure reliable connectivity throughout the property.
Help Desk & Issue Tracking: Respond to and manage help desk tickets, track issues through resolution, and provide both remote and on-site technical assistance.
Routine Maintenance & Security: Perform system updates, patches, backups, and diagnostic checks to maintain data integrity and protect against cybersecurity threats.
Inventory & Asset Management: Track IT equipment, manage inventory, and coordinate ordering of supplies as needed.
Collaboration & Escalation: Work alongside IT team members to resolve complex issues and escalate when necessary to ensure timely solutions.
Audio-Visual & Event Support: Assist with setup and support of AV equipment for meetings, events, and presentations across the resort.
User Training & Support: Provide basic guidance to associates on systems, applications, and cybersecurity best practices to improve overall efficiency.
Continuous Learning & Improvement: Stay current with emerging technologies and continuously develop technical skills to enhance support capabilities.

Education & Experience:
• Associate’s degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent experience/training.
• 6 months to 1 year of related IT support experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of IT systems, networks, and troubleshooting practices.
• Hospitality technology experience is a plus.
