Job description

IT Help Desk Specialist
Cottingham & Butler is looking to add an IT Help Desk Specialist to our team. Our IT Help Desk Specialists are the front-line technical support for our employees in office and working from home. This position is responsible for answering, logging, and troubleshooting all help desk calls. You will also procure, deploy, and inventory all desktop hardware and software to include ensuring proper security levels are in place. In addition, you will consult with end-users to identify their cellular device needs and make recommendations for services.
