Job description

Agawam Rehab & Nursing Campus is seeking individuals interested in building a career in healthcare through a structured, hands-on learning experience in a skilled nursing setting.

Participants will combine classroom instruction with supervised clinical experience while working alongside experienced healthcare professionals and supporting resident care activities.

  • Paid learning hours at $17.00/hour
  • Approximately 40 hours per week; schedule flexibility required
  • Hands-on experience in long-term care and resident services

This position is well suited for individuals exploring entry-level healthcare careers, nursing assistant training paths, or direct care experience.

Participants who successfully complete the required training components and obtain state certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) may be considered for full-time employment with benefits, with starting pay at $19.00/hour.
