Job description

The Project Manager will oversee the planning, coordination, execution, and successful completion of client projects from kickoff through final delivery.

This position will work closely with company leadership, consultants, clients, and other project team members to ensure projects remain organized, compliant, on schedule, within scope, and aligned with client expectations.

The ideal candidate is a highly organized and solutions-oriented professional who can manage multiple priorities, communicate confidently with healthcare leaders, identify risks before they become problems, and maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive client information.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage healthcare consulting projects from initiation through completion.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate project activities among internal team members, consultants, and clients.
  • Monitor project scope, schedules, deadlines, and deliverables.
  • Identify project risks, barriers, and potential delays and escalate issues appropriately.
  • Conduct project meetings and maintain accurate meeting documentation.
  • Track action items and ensure accountability for assigned responsibilities.
  • Communicate project status to company leadership and clients.
  • Maintain organized and secure project documentation.
  • Ensure client deliverables meet company quality standards.
  • Coordinate implementation of consulting recommendations and strategic initiatives.
  • Assist with workforce, operations, policy, infection prevention, patient safety, and organizational improvement projects as assigned.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of client and company information.
