Job Requirements
  • Graduate of an approved two-year AMA Radiologic Technology program
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • New York State registration in Diagnostic Radiography or a valid limited permit to practice in New York
  • Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
  • Current BLS for Healthcare Provider, CPR, or CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer certification
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced acute care and hospital environment
  • Entry-level candidates are welcome; prior CT technologist experience is helpful but not required
Responsibilities
  • Perform computed tomography procedures under the direction of the medical leadership team and radiologist
  • Produce high-quality diagnostic images while maintaining patient safety, comfort, and workflow efficiency
  • Support CT scanning for trauma, emergency, inpatient, outpatient, ICU, and research patients
  • Assist with specialized CT-guided procedures as needed
  • Follow all radiation safety practices and New York State Department of Health regulations
  • Contribute to a team culture focused on teaching, learning, and continuous improvement
  • Deliver a positive patient experience in a busy clinical setting
