Job description

We are looking to hire Part Time and Full Time Sales Associates who are hungry, hardworking and energetic for our family-owned and operated country stores in Townsend or Richmond Hill, GA. This individual will be responsible for greeting customers, stocking shelves, and creatively promoting and up-selling the products available.

This position requires friendly customer service and sales skills, and a good work ethic. Responsibilities also include cleaning, stocking, and other retail store duties. Georgia Peach World wants to promote from within, so this role can quickly grow into a management position!

Employee must have reliable transportation, communication and the ability to work weekends.

Pay and Benefits

Pay rate starts at $15 an hour.

Overtime is paid at 1.5X normal rate ($22.5/hr for starting employees) and we have overtime for those hungry for it! Anything over 40 hours in 1 week is set as overtime.

  • Paid Time Off - all employees, even entry-level, can earn PTO after the first 60 days!
  • Healthcare - United Healthcare plans are available, entry-level employees get a set contribution after 60 days of employment! Dental and vision are also available.
  • 401(K) Match - 4% 401(K) match after 1 year of employment

PTO accrual rates and healthcare contributions are increased for all manager positions.
