Responsibilities

Job Title: Account Executive – Wound Care & Negative Pressure Therapy Sales

Rotech Healthcare Inc. is seeking driven and experienced Account Executives with a background in wound care or negative pressure wound therapy (NPWT) to join our high-performing sales team. As a national leader in home medical equipment and therapies, we’re expanding our footprint—and we need passionate professionals to help us grow our $600 million business. In this role, you’ll build strong relationships with physicians, wound clinics, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and home health agencies to deliver life-changing solutions that support healing and recovery in the home setting. At this location, this position offers Entry-Level Sales candidates with little to no experience a base salary of $55k/year plus uncapped commission. Experienced Sales candidates with established contacts and referrals in the market may earn up to $65k/year base salary plus uncapped commission, depending on related experience.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless patient onboarding and satisfaction.
  • Conduct face-to-face sales calls with healthcare providers and referral sources.

  • Meet and exceed monthly sales quotas through strategic territory management.
  • Promote Rotech’s wound care and NPWT solutions, along with respiratory equipment and services.
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required Education and/or Experience

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent, required

Preferred Education and/or Experience

  • Four year college degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience in respiratory or medical sales is preferred
  • Leadership Experience in other areas or fields
  • Proven Sales Performer – 2+ years in B2B or healthcare sales preferred however, new college graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Independent & Resourceful – You thrive on autonomy and accountability
  • Excellent Communicator – Ability to simplify complex topics and build trust
  • Willingness to Travel – Position requires in-person visits throughout your assigned rural territory
  • CRM Experience – Familiarity with sales platforms is a plus
