Job description

Alliance Technical Group is filling a Database Administrator I position for our Emissions Monitoring division. Alliance Emissions Monitoring (AEM) is our Leak Detection and Repair (LDAR) division. This Database Admin position is located in Sabine, Texas. The Database Administrator I (DBAI) works with the Leak Detection and Repair (LDAR) site supervisor to ensure facility remains in compliance with state and federal regulations. The DBAI maintains and provides Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) and serves as a customer point of contact for information pertaining to the site’s database. The pay is starting at $22.00/hr. depending on experience.

Essential Functions:

  • Compile counts of monthly scheduled monitoring inspections.
  • Maintain Daily and Quarterly Electronic Instrument Calibrations Logs.
  • Build monitoring routes.
  • Upload and Download inspection routes.
  • Maintain Delay of Repair records.
  • Review Technician Performance Reports and communicate findings to Site Supervisor.
  • Enter Leak Repair Inspections.
  • Review and enter field edits submitted by technicians.
  • Compile Monthly LDAR Reports for client(s).
  • File paperwork.
  • Provide component information to monitoring & lead technician(s) as well as Site Supervisor.
  • Complete all assignments within the scheduled timeline.
  • Understand and possess the ability to perform EOM (end of the month) close out.
  • Install handheld LDAR software.
  • Schedule workday workload based off the importance of the days, weeks, months agenda.
  • Show up on time, give notice of absence, stay over when needed.
  • Treat peers with mutual respect, demonstrates integrity, present self in a professional manner.

Pay:

$22/hour

Required Qualifications:

  • Preferred 2+ years' LDAR experience.
  • Successfully Complete Alliance Technical Group (ATG) pre-employment drug, and alcohol
    screening.
  • Successfully Complete any/all site-required drug and/or alcohol testing.
  • Complete and pass all regional specific training programs associated by local or state agencies (e.g., Los Angeles County Refinery Safety Overview training program).
  • Complete all required ATG training.
  • Complete site-specific training programs, and comprehend all site-specific rules, policies, and requirements.


Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Ability to be organized and work in a systematic and efficient manner.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal English.
  • General computer knowledge, Microsoft Word and Excel, email skills.
  • Intermediate to Advanced data entry skills, including 10-key.
  • Ability to take direction and carry out tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to work well with others in a group setting.
  • Accept constructive feedback and adjust as necessary.
  • Understand and promote company values.
  • Perform work in a safe and healthy manner.


Credentials and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
  • Some experience in an administrative position is preferred but not required.
  • Some experience in an industrial work environment is preferred but not required.
