This role is fully remote, leveraging the latest telehealth technologies to ensure that our clients receive uninterrupted support. Our therapists utilize a secure online platform designed to facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions. The flexibility of a telehealth setting allows you to connect with clients across various demographics while maintaining an appropriate work-life balance.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify mental health needs, formulate clinical diagnoses, and devise personalized treatment plans for clients.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities during individual, group, and family therapy sessions, ensuring such interventions align with the goals and challenges of each client.
• Provide immediate support and crisis intervention to clients facing acute mental health emergencies, ensuring their safety and stabilization.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential records of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with HIPAA and ethical guidelines.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and social workers, to deliver comprehensive care that addresses all aspects of client wellbeing.
• Facilitate psychoeducation for clients and their families, helping them understand mental health challenges, available treatment options, and community resources.
• Engage in continuous professional development to remain current with the latest mental health practices and regulations.

You will engage with a wide range of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Through your expertise, you will empower them to develop coping strategies and foster personal growth, ensuring that they feel supported and understood.

• Possession of an active and valid license as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) in Colorado.
• Master's or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, sociology, social work, or a related field.
• Exceptional skills in clinical assessment, diagnosis, and therapeutic intervention.
• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience is required.
• Strong communication skills, allowing effective collaboration with clients and team members.
• Ability to work independently within a virtual setting while also thriving in a team-oriented environment.

While clinical experience is preferred, entry-level candidates who demonstrate a robust desire to learn and grow within the field are also encouraged to apply. Previous telehealth experience or familiarity with virtual counseling platforms is beneficial.

The role offers a competitive salary range of USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
