Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify mental health needs, formulate clinical diagnoses, and devise personalized treatment plans for clients.
  • Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities during individual, group, and family therapy sessions, ensuring such interventions align with the goals and challenges of each client.
  • Provide immediate support and crisis intervention to clients facing acute mental health emergencies, ensuring their safety and stabilization.
  • Maintain meticulous and confidential records of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with HIPAA and ethical guidelines.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and social workers, to deliver comprehensive care that addresses all aspects of client wellbeing.
  • Facilitate psychoeducation for clients and their families, helping them understand mental health challenges, available treatment options, and community resources.
  • Engage in continuous professional development to remain current with the latest mental health practices and regulations.

Qualifications
  • Possession of an active and valid license as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) in Colorado.
