This position is designed as a remote role, utilizing telehealth technology to reach clients within the comfort of their own environments. You will leverage various digital communication platforms to hold therapy sessions, extending our services to those who may otherwise lack access to mental health care. • Conduct thorough assessments to accurately understand clients' mental health issues, leading to accurate clinical diagnoses and effective treatment planning.
• Facilitate therapeutic sessions, including individual, family, and group therapy, utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques tailored to meet clients' specific needs.
• Provide crisis intervention services for clients in acute distress or emergency situations, ensuring immediate support and follow-up care is arranged as needed.
• Maintain thorough and confidential documentation of client interactions, treatment goals, and progress notes, adhering to ethical standards and legal requirements.
• Engage collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to deliver holistic care for clients, sharing insights and strategies to benefit their treatment journeys.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment paths, and relevant community resources, empowering them to take an active role in their care.
• Commit to ongoing professional development, by participating in training sessions, workshops, and relevant continuing education opportunities to enhance therapeutic competencies.

The candidate will work with a varied client base that includes individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and more. Our diverse client demographic reflects the surrounding community in Thornton, Colorado, encompassing various age groups, cultural backgrounds, and socio-economic statuses. This diversity enriches the therapeutic process and provides an opportunity to explore different therapeutic modalities in order to meet unique client needs.

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist, such as LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Colorado.
• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field is required; a Master’s or Doctoral degree is preferred.
• Demonstrated strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills with experience in developing treatment plans.
• At least two years of relevant experience in a clinical or counseling setting, demonstrating proficiency in various therapeutic modalities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on building rapport with clients and collaborating with peers.
• Ability to work independently while also being a proactive team player.
• A firm commitment to adhering to ethical and professional standards in mental health practice.

Experience within a telehealth framework and familiarity with digital therapy platforms is highly advantageous. While previous clinical experience is preferred, entry-level candidates who demonstrate a strong clinical acumen and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering between USD 85,000 and 100,000 annually, with the added incentive of a sign-on bonus.
