GetixHealth is seeking an Entry Level Recruiter to support full-cycle recruiting efforts across the organization. This role is responsible for sourcing candidates, reviewing resumes, conducting phone screens, coordinating interviews, maintaining applicant records, and supporting hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
The Entry Level Recruiter will recruit for a variety of positions, including call center, healthcare support, administrative, and professional roles. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and interested in building a career in talent acquisition.
This position reports to the Talent Acquisition Manager and is based in Sugar Land, Texas. Following successful completion of the 90-day introductory period, the role will transition to a hybrid work schedule.
Location: Sugarland, Tx (Hybrid after 90 days)
Department: Human Resources Department
Reports To: Talent Acquisition Manager
Compensation: $53,000 - $55,000
Shift Options: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for entry-level and professional positions.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruiting strategies.
  • Create and post job advertisements across multiple recruiting platforms.
  • Source qualified candidates through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and other recruiting channels.
  • Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Conduct phone screens and initial candidate assessments.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Prepare offer letters and assist with the offer process.
  • Coordinate pre-employment screenings and onboarding activities.
  • Ensure applicant tracking system (ATS) records are accurate and up to date.
  • Participate in job fairs, recruiting events, and community outreach efforts as needed.
  • Assist with employer branding initiatives and social media recruiting efforts.
  • Maintain compliance with all applicable employment laws and company policies.
  • Generate recruiting reports and hiring metrics as requested.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong attention to detail and customer-service mindset.
  • Must be willing to learn, be a team player, and deadline driven.

Preferred
  • Previous internship, customer service, administrative, recruiting coordination, or HR experience.
  • Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS): UKG
